Qualifications

Our people are Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and have Chartered Arbitrator (Chart.Arb) designations. These qualifications are recognized internationally and demonstrate that the arbitrator has the necessary knowledge, experience and skills to handle complex commercial disputes.

Field of expertise refers to the specific area of knowledge, training, or experience that an arbitrator or other neutral has in relation to the subject matter of the dispute. E-Arbitrator matches the field of expertise of the arbitrator or neutral to the subject matter of the dispute to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, training and experience to understand the issues in the dispute and make a fair decision.
